Every class here is Lagree on a megaformer: slow, continuous tension, no jumping and no running. The difference between them is tempo and how much the coach adds load, not how hard you are shouted at.

45 MIN · INTENSITY 2 / 5
A first-timer class capped at six so the coach can set your springs and correct your hands. Same exercises as the rest of the timetable, taken at half speed with a count you can follow.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Slow, spoken-through reps. You will be stopped and adjusted, deliberately.
WHAT TO BRING
Grip socks — we sell them at the desk for $18 if you forget.
WHO IT SUITS
Anyone who has never used a megaformer, or is coming back after a break.
The class most members book most weeks. Full body in a fixed order — core, lower, upper, core — with the springs changing rather than the tempo. Effort comes from time under tension, not speed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Shaking legs by minute twelve. That is the intended effect, not a warning sign.
WHAT TO BRING
Grip socks and water. Towels are here.
WHO IT SUITS
Anyone who has done two or three classes and wants the real thing.
Half the timetable spent below the waist. Long carriage work, wheelbarrow and lunge series, then eight minutes of midline that most people remember for a day and a half.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The hardest class we run. Book it after Method 45, not before.
WHAT TO BRING
Grip socks. Come fed — this one is not a fasted class.
WHO IT SUITS
Regulars, runners and anyone rehabbing knees under a physio plan.
Sixty minutes at the slowest tempo we teach, with longer holds and a stretch block at the end. Booked most often on Sunday mornings and the evening after a long-haul flight.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Lights low, no music over 90bpm, a coach who talks less.
WHAT TO BRING
Grip socks and something warm for the last ten minutes.
WHO IT SUITS
Pregnancy (with clearance), post-injury weeks and anyone who trains hard elsewhere.
