These terms cover booking, paying for and attending classes at Lagree Nine. Booking a class means you accept them.
Booking and payment
Classes are booked and paid for through FitNeo, which takes payment at checkout on our behalf. Your contract for the class itself is with Lagree Nine. Packs and memberships are charged at the price shown at the moment you buy, and the expiry printed on a pack is the expiry that applies to it.
Cancellations and late arrival
Cancel free up to 12 hours before; inside that the class comes off your pack. The door stays open for the first five minutes of a class; after that we cannot admit you mid-sequence, and the booking is not refunded — although if you call us we will usually move it.
Health and injury
Tell us about injuries, surgery within the last twelve months and pregnancy before your first class, either in the health note at sign-up or at the desk. The coach uses it to change what they ask of you, and it is not shared beyond the coaching team. We are not a clinical service and cannot treat an injury.
Behaviour in the studio
Nine people share a small room. We will ask anyone to leave who is unsafe with a machine, abusive to a coach or another member, or in the studio under the influence — and in that case the class is not refunded.
